It was set up for a service and hook up to a computer to fix our problem! Instead the service manager told me how to fix the problem which I’ve tried doing several time! We still have the problems and don’t know how or where to get it fixed!

We have used Spearfish GMC for our last 2 purchases. We have always had wonderful service there. Rocky has been our Sales guy both times and we appreciate his laid back no pressure approach. John in service has always been so wonderful as well. When we have called with questions on our previous car he has always been very accommodating and willing to get us in if needed. I appreciate the “small” town feel when working with Spearfish GMC and we will continue to support them and purchase cars there in the future.

Whether we are buying a car or servicing a car we always have excellent service. The service department goes over and above and we drive 60 miles one way to take our vehicles to them.

Great service

Shocked at the cost of service. Because of the problems with the 6.2 engine the service cost nearly doubled. I can’t blame the dealership for this. I feel that General Motors should cover the difference.

John is always so pleasant and eager to help.

We just had an oil change and service job on my GMC Terrain. We also purchased new tires. Spearfish Motors always does a wonderful job…we totally trust them. They always work with us to get an appointment at a time convenient for us to travel the 150 miles to get there. We appreciate them!

I brought my Acadia in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle was serviced on time and returned clean inside and out. Very happy with the great service .

The oil change service was done promptly. No complaints. I always ask for a veteran discount wherever I make a purchase or pay for service. It would be nice if businesses would offer more than a 1% discount, although 1% is still appreciated.

Excellent service

It was the most seamless process I've ever had buying a vehicle and I've had pretty good luck in that department. I couldn't get there until the weekend but between Amber and Dylan we were able to get all the ducks in order so paperwork literally took 15 minutes. The longest part was talking to OnStar ha. 10/10 would recommend anyone I know to make the trip to Spearfish. Amber was the best!

Great service as always. I had gotten a message on my GMC App in regard to a software update that needed to be done. It told me to follow the directions on the truck display. No message ever came up on my Truck display. The service manager took the time after my scheduled service to show me where to look for the update on the truck display. This was a great help, still trying to learn all the fancy stuff.

I’ve done business at Spearfish motors. For 20 plus years . Bought cars and pickup there in that time frame . In that time John and Troy and the rest of the mechanics in the maintenance shop have always been the best service and they treat you like family.

Great service as I got my vehicle in at my appointment time got the oil changed as well as the tires rotated and was on way way with a washed car in an hour.

I am fron Florida visiting for a month. Walked into the Service Dept and they got my truck in for an oil change same day !! Very nice folks. Even washed the truck and it was filthy !! Only great things to say about this dealer.
