We have used Spearfish GMC for our last 2 purchases. We have always had wonderful service there. Rocky has been our Sales guy both times and we appreciate his laid back no pressure approach. John in service has always been so wonderful as well. When we have called with questions on our previous car he has always been very accommodating and willing to get us in if needed. Shocked at the cost of service. Because of the problems with the 6.2 engine the service cost nearly doubled. I can’t blame the dealership for this. I feel that General Motors should cover the difference.

Our first time having service at this Spearfish Dealership. Wonderful service!!! Guys at the counter for service were very good at their job.

Whether we are buying a car or servicing a car we always have excellent service. The service department goes over and above and we drive 60 miles one way to take our vehicles to them.

We appreciate that the mechanics have worked through the many issues that the GMC Acadia had when we purchased it used with issues. So far it is driving great now.

It was set up for a service and hook up to a computer to fix our problem! Instead the service manager told me how to fix the problem which I’ve tried doing several time! We still have the problems and don’t know how or where to get it fixed!
