Spearfish Motors safeguards nonpublic personal information according to established industry standards and procedures. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards that comply with state and federal law. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and outside agents who need to know the information in order to provide a product or service to you. We prohibit our employees and agents from giving information about you to anyone in a manner that would violate any applicable law or our privacy policy. Preferred Owner Terms and Conditions Preferred Owner Card Spearfish Motors announces our new Preferred Owner Program. With every dollar you spend in our Service Department we will apply 5% of your total bill to your preferred card in the form of award points. You can use your award points to purchase any parts or services at Spearfish Motors.* This is at no cost to you. Simply swipe your card at our cashier when you pick up your vehicle or pay for your parts and we'll take care of the rest. See us to sign up soon. *Program Rules o 1 award point is equal to 1 dollar. o Preferred Owner earnings can not be redeemed for cash. o Preferred Owner earnings can not be exchanged or returned for cash. A returned item's value will be put back onto the Preferred Owner card. o Preferred Owner Program may not be used in conjunction with any other specials, discounts or coupons. o Your Preferred Owner Card can be used for any vehicle in your household. o Earnings may not be applied to warranty, service contract or insurance repairs or purchases. o Maximum sales and service redemption allowance per transaction is $300.00. o $250.00 will be pre-loaded upon sign-up for use toward the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle. o $15.00 in service dollars will be pre-loaded upon sign-up for use toward service or parts. o Dealership reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Preferred Owner Program at any time without prior notice. o All cards with 24 months of inactivity will expire. |
